How Can I Hire Car in Menorca

We are one of the first rent a car companies in Menorca and offer complete transportation services, from scooters to 9 seater mini-buses. You can reserve your car hire from Menorca Airport or at our head office in Calan Porter. We will provide you with all the information you need before hiring, such as local information, cheapest available cars, competitive price cars, rental policies, fuel policy, pick-up and drop-off locations, client reviews, and a guide on local delights.

What Kind of Cars Can I Rent in Menorca?

We offer cheap rent a car at Menorca, everything from mini-buses and family cars to affordable scooters. Our fleet of vehicles is maintained to a very high standard.

Can I Hire a Car If I Am 20?

We are sorry but you cannot. To rent a car at Binicars, you must be 25 years and above and below 75 years of age. You must prove your age with a valid driving license.

What is the Age Requirement for Renting a Scooter?

You must be at least 21 years old and below 65 years of age to hire a scooter. You also must hold a valid driving license with clean driving history and at least 3 years of driving experience.

Where Can I Pick up My Car

You can choose the pickup location when booking your car on our website. We have two pick-up and drop- off points: Menorca airport and our head office in Calan Porter.

• Upon arrival at the Mahon Airport, leave the terminal, and enter the arrivals hall.
• You will find our staff waiting for you, we will take you to your vehicle and hand over the keys.
• Do not go to the RENT a CAR parking authorized by the Airport.
• Alternatively, you can hail a cab from the airport to our head office in Calan Porter, and rent a car from us directly.

What are The Payment Methods?

You can pay for your rent a car by card (debit or credit), cash, NEFT transfer, and Google Play. We accept all major cards, such as MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We use a secured payment gateway that enables you to pay your rent a car without any glitches or server error.

What Documents Do You Require for Car Hire in Menorca

We require your driving licence and passport/ID card.

What are the Payment Conditions?

When you book a car with us a 25% deposit payment is required. Payment can be made via Card or NEFT. This deposit is refundable and you can cancel the booking at any time.

You can pay the remainder of the rental charges at the time pick-up by card, cash or NEFT.

What is the Fuel Policy?

We have two Fuel Policies:

• Option 1:Full-Full Policy where we will deliver the vehicle with a full tank and you shall return the car with a full tank. You have to opt for this option at the time of reservation.
• Option 2: 1/4 and 1/4 policy, where the vehicle must be returned with the same quantity of fuel when picked up.

An additional service charge of 10€ is applicable if the fuel policy is not met.

What Kind of Insurance is Included in the Car Hire in Menorca Policy?

Binicars provides fully comprehensive insurance with exclusions, passenger insurance, road insurance and assistance, and theft insurance. Please read our terms and conditions to learn what is excluded from the insurance coverage.

Are Baby Seats and Child Booster Seats Available?

Yes, they are made available only on request at the time of car booking. Please read our terms and conditions for prices.
